Endrix attaches major importance to the protection of personal data, and is thus committed to processing such data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, and Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.<\/p>\n

Endrix opts for a shared governance model. This means that the DPO alone is responsible for holding accountable each entity of the Endrix holding company, but also of all its subsidiaries.<\/p>\n

When you choose to follow Endrix information through a third party service (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), we collect from the third party service provider the data necessary for the connection you have authorised, such as your name and email address. The other data we collect depends on the privacy settings you have set with your third party service provider, and we therefore invite you to consult the privacy policy applicable to the service concerned.
\nBy providing personal data to Endrix, you consent to the use of such personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal data for any other purpose unless we obtain your consent to do so, or unless permitted or required by law or professional standards.
\nWe understand the importance of protecting the privacy of minors. Our website and services are not designed for, nor intended for, minors aged 15 or under. How long data is retained<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Endrix shall retain your personal data :<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 In relation to its contractual obligations and the requirements of processing;
\n\u2022 At least enough achieve the purposes for which your data was collected.<\/p>\n

After the periods provided for, Endrix will delete your personal data from its system or anonymise it so that it can no longer be used to identify you.<\/p>\n
